With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience,  James  brings a wealth of real-world insight, proven strategy, and people-first leadership to every interaction. James has a unique way to connect authentically with everyone and refuses to be average.  James has led and developed professionals from doctors to entry level professionals move up the corporate ladder in Big Pharma.  He always has a focus driving performance while building trust, resilience, and long-term success to discover and leverage their unknown talents within.

In addition to a successful corporate career, real estate expert with achieving very high level of production of sales and working while mentoring 20-25 real estate agents with role play and strategies. James has provided a deep understanding of relationship-building, negotiation, and delivering results in competitive environments in order to reach the ultimate customer satisfaction. This experience has reinforced the importance of communication, consistency, and adapting to ever-changing markets and provide a tailored approach to each person or team he encounters. Entrepreneurship has also been a foundational part of his journey.  As a business partner eventually taking over a 30 year old construction company from his father at a young age in that industry for 7 years he worked on residential, commercial and government contracting opportunities.  James has hands-on experience building business relationships from the ground up.  This foundation came from his father early on that taught him true discipline, work ethic, and a strong appreciation for what it takes to create and sustain success.

So when all said and done,  his diverse background—spanning corporate leadership, real estate sales & management along with true entrepreneurship—offers a unique, well-rounded perspective.
